ResponderEliminarABOUT NIXON´S INTERVIEW
To know how to interview a politician, and guide it for that an important public figure make a huge confession as Frost with Nixon, it´s not only creative and well-planned, it´s an art. Changing the face of politicians needs an inspired and ingenious mouth that can concentrate to getting in to the point, even if the President tries to go around the main subject, as we have seen in class. One of my favorite skills of Frost during the next interviews, is that he kept repeating questions until he got an answer. Int his one, the ex President is just trying to get around him. Frost didn´t needed to be empathic or nice to Nixon. He had hired Nixon. In general, this is the main points that reminded me of what we have seen in class.
in this video we can notice how david frost is calmn and then he starts to get nervous about the questions. it is very important that the interviewer know the past of the person that he is interviewing because if he says some information you already know what hes talking about and you can make him, by asking more quiestions, say what you want.
ResponderEliminarI liked this video more than the other one, mostly because Nixon seems to have more experience in keeping calm when asked though questions. Nixon remains calms throughout the interview, keeping his voice level constant and not bailing out like the Arizona senator; even though Frost was well prepared and with information that placed Nixon in an uncomfortable position.
ResponderEliminarIn this case, the interviewed was richard nixon and he was very prepared and confident of what he was saying, besides he didnt answer to the questions, he was just avoiding them, but he wasnt nervious, i think is very important to be prepared, and to know where to put our hands and the standig of our body.
ResponderEliminarCompared to the past interview, we can see here that nixon has recieved trainning courses, he shows self confident, secure, but in the end, both get to the same point; they didn´t said anything.
ResponderEliminarsorryyy i said david frost, but is nixon jajaj
ResponderEliminarsometimes we can feel unsecure and fearful when someone asks us to make an interview.
ResponderEliminarthis guy had overcome the fear and did a great interview.
it must to be so hard to have an interview with the president. He did it very well.
Nixon was a liar!, but also he was very inteligent (he knew what he wanted) and was capable to confront a very prepared interviewer.
ResponderEliminarI agree with all of you. Nixon was very well prepared and Frost had a lot of experience too, while in the first video the politician was not expecting a High-School student to be so good. He had no experience at all since he left and never came back which was terrible since it was been filmed.
